Testimonials

"Thank you so much for your generous donation to benefit our athletic program. We are blessed to have your support and appreciate the generosity you have shown to the Assumption community. Your grant will ensure our athletes have access to new equipment, and that our sports program is accessible to every child that wishes to play. Through our Catholic school activities, our students learn sportsmanship, collaboration, and how to use their gifts and talents to serve God."
— Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary Catholic School
"Your contribution makes participation in athletics possible for many Escuela students who would not be able to afford it. Thank you again for your generous support."
— Escuela de Guadalupe School
"We thank you for believing in our Arrupe Jesuit community and watching the transformation of our students into men and women for others."
— Arrupe Jesuit High School
"St. Louis is off to another great start of our school year and the Saint Sebastian Project is one of the reasons we are so cheerful! Our sports program is so important to our boys and girls and anything that can be done to make our faith-based sports program easy and attainable is appreciated. I read somewhere that a good sports program helps student with self-esteem, social competence, problem-solving skills, and academic achievement. I really have noticed an increased commitment from those students who play for one of our sports teams and feel blessed that we can provide them with the opportunity to practice their skills and play. May God to continue to bless your mission of making a difference in Catholic schools."
— St. Louis Catholic School - Louisville, CO
"On behalf of our students, parents and school staff, we wish to let you know how much we appreciate the recent disbursement of grant funds for sports uniforms and playing fees to help students who cannot otherwise afford to pay! Your work and commitment to Catholic education is commendable! We thank the Lord every day for the support provided to us by generous and loving benefactors, as we continue our mission of a faith-filled and exemplary Catholic education. We also know that involvement in team sports and other activities help form the children even more as world citizens."
— St. Bernadette.

Who We Are

Saint Sebastian Project Denver, Inc. is a non-profit organization that seeks to provide funding support for athletic programs at economically challenged Denver area Catholic elementary schools. The goal is to raise funds annually to support:

The intent is for Catholic school students to play on a team for their school, have the opportunity to learn the skills required to participate in a sport, and to have a fun time while playing an organized sport.
